One of the 22 charges is ‘aiding the enemy.’  If he’s found guilty of that charge it’s the Death Penalty.  Is Bradley Manning getting a fair trial?  They’re limiting his witnesses and denying him access to evidence.  Not to mention the year and a half he has spent in jail, most of it in solitary confinement.
